研究方向:

研究专注于肿瘤、干细胞、表观遗传学和RNA生物学等方向,致力于鉴定肿瘤新标记物和治疗靶点,开发针对肿瘤和干细胞相关的发育疾病的诊疗干预新方法等转化医学研究。主要研究方向:1RNA修饰对肿瘤和干细胞的调控功能和相关机理;2)发育和再生疾病的RNA表观遗传学研究;3)基于RNA的疾病诊断治疗干预研究。以(共同)通讯/第一作者在Nature (2018), Nature Metabolism (2022), Molecular Cell (2021,2018,2016), Nature Protocols (2019), Nature Communications (2022,2018), Advanced Science (2022), Molecular Therapy (2021), Clinical and Translational Medicine (2021), Nature Reviews Cancer(2015) 等杂志发表论文20余篇。论文总被引用次数超过5000次。主持国自然优秀青年基金,面上项目2项、广东省杰出青年基金,以及美国Damon Runyon Cancer Research FoundationAlex's Lemonade Stand Foundation等多项科研基金。
