Guidance for patients recently entry from overseas

凡是有发热，或者14天内有境外旅居史并出现呼吸道症状者，请到发热门诊（位于3号楼1楼）就医； 

Please go to Fever Clinic (1/F, Building No. 3) directly if you have fever or respiratory symptoms within 14 days from overseas.

14天内有境外旅居史，无发热和/或呼吸道症状，但有其他不适者，请到急诊科（位于1号楼东侧）分诊后在指定诊室就医； 

Please go for triage in the Emergency Department (east wing of Building No. 1), if you are seeking medical consultation rather than fever or respiratory symptoms within 14 days from overseas.

已解除医学观察者（持有医疗卫生机构出具“解除隔离医学观察通知书”者）请预约后到门诊就医。来诊时，需先到“已解除医学观察的来（返）粤人员预检分诊点”咨询登记。

If you have been released from quarantine for medical observation with an official releasing document issued by a health authority, an appointment must be made to access outpatient service. Upon arrival, please register yourself at “Triage service desk for overseas visitors who completed quarantine”. 

不如实陈述境外旅居史者，将承担相应的法律责任。谢谢您的理解与支持！

Please be aware that anyone failing to disclose the history of traveling from overseas will face the legal consequences. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
