Biography
Dr. Deng Chunhua is the president-elect of Chinese society of Andrology, the president of Guangdong andrology Society, Senior fellow of Hongkong Academy of Medical Sciences and the deputy director of the expert committee of Guangdong Eugenics Society. He is also the editorial board member of Asian Journal of Andrology, and the vice chief editor of National Journal of Andrology.
Dr. Deng has been engaging in scientific research in the field of Andrology and Stem cells & tissue engineering. The major areas include etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment of male infertility,sexual dysfunction and prostate disease; the clinical transformation of stem cells for the treatment of andrology disease. His series of new technology in diagnosis and treatment of azoospermia were honored by Guangdong province science and Technology Progress Award (Second prize, 2014) and Guangdong province eugenics technology Progress Award (First prize, 2016).
He has published more than 100 scientific papers in the field of andrology and urology, including over 40 papers in international peer review journals. He is one of the editor in chief of the 2013 and 2016 edition Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of andrology diseases.
