Dr. Liao is Supervisor of Ph.D and Master Degreen Candidate (Emergency Medicine), the Chair of Guangzhou Association of Emergency Medicine, the Vice Chair of Guangdong Province Association of Emergency Medicine and Guangdong Province of Emergency Physicians,.the instructer of AHA cardivascular care and CPR training center. His additional training including in UT-Southwesten Medical Center, Dallas, TX, USA, Paramedic Training Institute (PTI), Los Angeles, CA, USA and St. George Hospital & Ambulance Station, Sydney, Australia.
