Committee Member of Hematology Committee of Guangdong Medical Association,  Hematology Committee of Guangdong Medical Doctor Association and  Multiple Myeloma Committee of Chinese Medical Doctor Association. The vice-chairman of Hematology Committee of Guangdong Health Management Association.
