Biography

Dr Wu has a lot expertise in the field of liver diseases and transplant surgery. He is able to conduct liver transplant operations, including the recipient and donor procedureindependently. He has been participating in more than 1000 cases of clinical liver transplantation and series of combined liver and kidney transplantation, combined kidney and pancreas transplantation and multiple organ transplantation. Finishing more than 50 academic papers publicly, hosting seven and participating in several research projects, which are sponsored by national natural science foundation, Ministry of Education or Ministry of Health.

Due to the contribution in the field of organ transplantation, Dr Wu has been awarded the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of the Guangdong Province Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Medical Association and other awards.
