脊柱退变：颈肩腰腿痛等疾患如颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症等；
脊柱畸形：颅底凹陷、脊柱侧弯、脊柱后凸、强直性脊柱炎；
脊柱创伤：上颈椎骨折，胸腰椎骨折，骨质疏松性骨折等；
脊柱肿瘤：脊柱原发肿瘤、脊柱转移癌、脊柱椎管内肿瘤。
